The Role:

* Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of cocktails and beverages and understanding customers specific needs to deliver a unique experience

* Show your experience and capability for managing high volume operations and busy service periods
* Driving a team to greatness through exciting, innovative andengaging training
* Willingness to share your knowledge with junior members of the team so they are continually learning and developing
