Teaching Personnel is seeking confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to work full-time in secondary schools across the B30 area of Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced cover staff looking to gain classroom experience.
Role Details:
Full-time role (Monday to Friday during school hours)
Supervise pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher
Maintain classroom behaviour and ensure tasks are completed
Opportunities for long-term and ongoing work
Requirements:
Experience working with secondary-aged students (in any capacity)
Strong classroom presence and behaviour management skills
Adaptability and confidence in leading a class
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
