Are you passionate about driving strategic change and ensuring high standards of service delivery? North Lincolnshire Council is seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Strategy & Assurance Officer to join our Strategy & Policy team.
As a Strategy & Assurance Officer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and supporting the strategic direction of Adult Social Care services. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to develop policies, coordinate inspections, and deliver data‑driven insights that enhance performance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Support strategy development and monitor effectiveness to drive continuous improvement
* Coordinate inspection responses and support assurance boards
* Analyse performance data and provide actionable recommendations
* Support the development and review of policies aligned with service objectives
* Maintain and enhance the service SharePoint site
* Identify and implement process improvements in collaboration with the Service Improvement team
What We’re Looking For
* Level 3 qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
* Experience in assurance and compliance activities
* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Proficiency in data analysis and performance reporting tools
* Knowledge of Adult Social Care priorities and policy development processes
