Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Recruiting teachers and support staff into London schools
Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates into education roles
Building relationships with schools and candidates
Writing strong CVs and professional candidate profiles
Working towards realistic targets while earning commission on every placement
Acting as a trusted consultant to both schools and job seekers
