Job Title: Administration Supervisor - Salisbury, Guildford & Brecon Salary: £32,217 Per Annum About the Role: We’re looking for a proactive Administration Team Lead to manage and develop our admin support team for the TESC contract. You’ll ensure workflows, reporting, and day-to-day operations run smoothly while driving continuous improvement and team performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate the admin team to meet contract objectives on time and to standard. Train, coach, and develop administrators, building capability and succession plans. Manage reporting, documentation, and compliance to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Identify and deliver process improvements and innovative solutions. Oversee day-to-day admin tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and queries. What We’re Looking For: Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven. Experience managing administrative teams and reporting structures. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
