We are seeking an Electrician with experience in solar installations to join our team. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement. We are a small company which we started in 2022 but we have grown year on year and are hoping to employ somebody who is as motivated as our current team are.
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment
- Inspect electrical systems and components to identify hazards or defects
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations
- Install Solar PV systems
- Install Electric Vehicle (EV) Chargers
- Complete domestic re-wires.
Skills Required for the Electrician:
* 18th Edition
* NVQ Level 3
* A Full UK Driving License
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues accurately
* Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Ability to work at heights
the more years experience the better however we will consider somebody who has recently qualified if we believe they are capable for the job.
Desired requirements for this role
* Previous experience of installing EV charge points
* Previous experience of installing PV Solar systems.
* 2391 Electrical Inspection and Testing
* 2919 EV Car Charging Point Installation
