Main purpose of the role:
As Sales Coordinator / Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day running of the office and sales function. Working closely with senior colleagues across sales, construction, and commercial teams, you will ensure that administrative processes run efficiently and professionally.
This is a client-facing role, reporting directly to the Sales Director, and offers regular interaction with customers, consultants, and external partners. A background in housebuilding or sales is not required — however, a strong administrative background is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
In this exciting role, you will be:
* Managing the day-to-day running of the office and sales administration function
* Acting as the first point of contact for customer and sales enquiries
* Monitoring and responding to website and site sales email enquiries
* Preparing and managing sales documentation to support the sales team
* Coordinating diaries and schedules for senior management
* Managing staffing rotas, site cover, and holiday schedules
* Overseeing office systems, including telephone systems and office supplies
* Supporting sales staff with enquiries and administrative requirements
* Liaising with external marketing agencies and coordinating advertising for developments
* Monitoring and responding to social media enquiries
* Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties as required

Essential Experience and Skills:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in an administrative or office management role
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident and professional communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience using social media for business or marketing purposes
* Excellent telephone manner
