Job Description

Permanent, Full Time Office based 8am - 5pm

We are looking to recruit a Supervisor / Team Leader to join our Maida Vale Team.


About the Role

As the Customer Team Leader, you will ensure the Hub contact centre operations deliver the required performance, providing a great customer contact experience through channels such as Phone, Email, Video, Social Media, and Correspondence. You will be responsible for leading a team supporting day-to-day activities, driving excellent service standards, influencing profitability, and managing budgets, while maintaining exceptional customer relationships.


About You

* Excellent supervisory skills
* Previous experience of leading and managing a small team of planners
* Experience working in a social housing repairs environment
* Ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships
* Strong understanding of WIP management to meet and exceed targets, ensuring high customer satisfaction
* Excellent customer service skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
