We are seeking an exceptional Spa Manager to take full ownership of a flagship spa operation and elevate it onto the world stage.
The Opportunity
Set within a private estate, the spa is a core pillar of the guest experience and has the investment, vision, and creative freedom to rival the world’s most celebrated destinations.
You will lead the spa’s evolution toward Best Luxury Spa status, overseeing every detail—from guest journey and treatment innovation to team culture, revenue performance, and international recognition.

Who We’re Looking For
This role is designed for an elite spa professional with proven five-star, international experience.
You will likely have:
* Senior spa leadership experience in a world-class, ultra-luxury environment
* Background in globally recognised spas (destination, resort, or iconic city properties)
* Deep understanding of luxury wellness trends, holistic therapies, and elevated guest experiences
* Strong commercial acumen alongside an instinctively warm, service-led leadership style
