We are Northern Ireland’s leading bank. And whilst we are proud to hold this title, we are so much more than a bank, we are a community. We are a Bank that lives and breathes our values, committed to helping our customers, colleagues and society thrive.
We believe in what we do. Diversity and Inclusion isn’t just something we talk about, we actually understand the benefits of diversity and see it as a strength. We want our talent to come from a variety of backgrounds, not because it’s the right thing to do but because it makes us stronger. After all, our customers come from all walks of life, so should our colleagues.
Is sustainability as close to your heart as it is to ours? Our branches run on renewable energy and we are proud to be the first UK bank to offer certified carbon neutral mortgages.
We are passionate about helping our communities thrive and each year we invest £10,000 in local organisations throughout NI with which Danske Bank colleagues are involved outside of work. We believe that when colleagues get the opportunity to volunteer it creates value for society, our business and the individual. Charity partnership is at that heart of our culture, raising funds for our charity partner Include Youth, and we have are a foundation partner with the charity SisterNI, a collaborative initiative aimed to empower future female leaders in education.
And on top of all that, we have a long history of supporting local sporting talent through Danske Bank Ulster Schools’ GAA, Ulster Schools Rugby and we are proud to have been the first bank in Europe to sponsor both mens’ and womens’ premiership football.
