IT Support Engineer
Location: High Wycombe
Term: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £25000 - £35000 pa + excellent benefits
The Role
We are looking to hire an IT Support Engineer to join the Infrastructure and Support team working out of our High Wycombe office, supporting the wider Focusrite Group of brands: Novation, Focusrite, Martin Audio, Linea Research, TiMax, ADAM Audio, Sonnox and Sequential.
For this full time role we require attendance at our head office in High Wycombe for 4 days per week.
Duties
* Respond to support tickets and work on internal improvement projects to deliver an amazing user experience to our internal customers, facilitate automation of internal processes and work to tight SLAs.
* Support users across a range of technologies and debug complex integration issues while ensuring the environment remains available and secure.
* Be a self‑starter with a passion for learning, a keen eye for detail, and excellent time management skills, managing multiple support tickets and project tasks concurrently.
* Help drive the technological choices of the business as part of the wider global Infrastructure and Support team.
Skills and experience required
* Professional experience with Microsoft Office 365 Administration.
* Experience of MacOS/Windows hardware & software troubleshooting.
* Professional experience working in another IT Support role.
