Responsibilities
* Creation, maintenance and continuous improvement of predictive models in the claims department.
* Apply data science techniques to model customer behaviours to drive better decision making, a better customer journey, improved business outcomes and cost controls.
* Adherence to our governance framework to keep our data safe.
* Manage own workload and re‑prioritise when required.
* Communicate insights with technical and non‑technical audiences.
Qualifications
* Previous experience working with Microsoft Fabric (or Databricks) to create and maintain AI/ML models.
* Experience working with large, complicated datasets.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

* Hybrid role; must work from the office at least two days per week.
