Supply Chain Administrator
Monday- Thursday (8am-4:30pm) Friday (8am-4pm)
Wellingborough
£12.62 per hour
Temporary for 3 weeks

We are looking for a detail-focused and proactive Supply Chain Administrator to support purchasing, order processing, supplier coordination, and delivery tracking within our fast-growing team. Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular stock checks and audits.
* Process and track purchase orders, goods received, and stock movements using internal systems.
* Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets for inventory tracking, supplier performance, and delivery schedules.
* Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
* Monitor stock levels and alert the team of shortages, overstocking, or discrepancies.
* Generate regular reports on stock status, delivery performance, and inventory accuracy.
* Support administrative tasks including filing, document control, and database management.
* Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement across the supply chain.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a supply chain, inventory, or administrative role (1-2 years desirable).
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
* Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical accuracy.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Good written and verbal communication abilities,
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Experience using stock control or ERP systems is an advantage.
* Knowledge of supply chain processes and basic purchasing principles is desirable.
