The AWS Top 2000 (T2K) strategic account initiative Geo Execution Lead will be responsible for driving the successful execution and scale of the T2K initiative across Amazon's global geographic regions.
This role serves as the central coordinating point between the worldwide (WW) T2K team and local Geo teams, ensuring seamless coordination, communication, and resource optimization to meet the T2K initiative goals.
The Geo Lead will work closely with sales, GTM leaders, strategic account teams, and cross-functional teams to develop and oversee tailored T2K strategies for each Geo. They must navigate organizational complexities, resolve roadblocks, and align priorities between Geo and WW teams.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Serving as the central contact and subject matter expert on the T2K initiative for Geo GTM and sales leadership, account teams, and cross-functional teams.
2. Collaborating with Geo GTM and sales leaders to create and execute localized T2K GTM plans, aligning priorities, investments, and resources.
3. Leading preparation and follow-up for Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), 2x2 documents, and other reviews, providing executive visibility on progress, risks, and actions.
4. Monitoring Geo’s T2K KPIs and identifying areas for support or optimization.
5. Facilitating regular cadences with Geo teams and WW T2K organization for strategy updates and best practices.
6. Overseeing deployment of T2K operating model components within each Geo.
7. Driving cross-functional coordination and issue resolution for seamless collaboration.
8. Seeking opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and scale the initiative globally.
