Hotel Director of Food & Beverage – Mongolia
Leading Hotels of the World Boutique property in a luxury city center location, featuring a Michelin star restaurant.
This opportunity is best suited for a hands‑on professional with extensive international experience in luxury hotels, both independent and branded, who has a deep understanding of global culinary trends, guest expectations, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the overall operations of all Food & Beverage outlets and services in the hotel.
* Develop and implement strategies to position the hotel’s dining experiences among the top in the region and brand portfolio.
* Ensure all outlets meet brand standards and deliver consistently high levels of guest satisfaction.
* Provide strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring to F&B managers and their teams.
* Oversee recruitment, training, and development of F&B staff to ensure service excellence and talent retention.
* Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary team to curate menus that reflect international trends while incorporating local inspiration and flavors.
* Drive revenue growth and manage F&B cost controls through strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners, ensuring quality and cost‑effective sourcing.
* Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are strictly adhered to across all F&B areas.
* Lead innovation in food and beverage concepts, guest experiences, and sustainability initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
* Minimum of 6–8 years of progressive leadership experience in Food & Beverage within internationally branded luxury hotels or resorts.
* Strong background in managing multiple high‑end F&B venues, banquet operations, and large‑scale events.
* Demonstrated international experience in multicultural environments.
* Deep understanding of global F&B trends, fine dining, mixology, and guest service excellence.
* Proven ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams.
* Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi‑million dollar budgets, forecasting, and achieving KPIs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
* Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, F&B Management, or a related field preferred.
