Health Care Assistant Pay: £13.00 Location: Telford, Shropshire Contracts available: 2x 24 hours Shifts Available: 07.00am - 19.00pm (days) About the Role: JAM CARE is recruiting compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistants to support a complex client in their own home in Telford, Shropshire You will support an adult with learning disabilities. This role requires patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care. All applicants must have a minimum of 6 months UK care experience. We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals who want to make a positive difference through professionalism, consistency, and compassion.
