Experienced Commercial Paralegal – West Midlands | £35k + Excellent Benefits | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days WFH)
Are you a commercial paralegal with at least 12 months of hands-on experience? Looking to take the next step in a friendly, supportive, and collaborative in-house legal team?
We're working exclusively with a large, well-respected in-house legal team based in the West Midlands. 💼 About the Role:
You’ll work closely with experienced commercial lawyers on a broad range of high-quality work, including:
* Drafting and advising on a wide variety of commercial contracts (T&Cs, supply agreements, NDAs, collaboration agreements, etc.)
* Providing support across areas such as marketing, disputes, IP, technology projects, and general legal advisory
* Involvement in international work, R&D, and commercial strategy
This is a brilliant grounding in commercial law – ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to deepen their experience in a highly regarded in-house team.
🧑💼 You’ll need:
* At least 12 months' practical commercial legal experience (this is non-negotiable)
* Confidence in handling a range of contracts and legal queries
* A proactive, team-focused attitude
📍 Location & Flexibility:
* West Midlands-based
* Hybrid working – 3 days in office / 2 from home
* Salary: £35,000 + excellent benefits
