We are Fragrance Forte, a fast-growing UK-based luxury fragrance ecommerce brand.
We're looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our email strategy and grow email into a major revenue channel.
This is a long-term role for someone who understands ecommerce, automation, and revenue — not just design and sending campaigns.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Automation & Flows
•Build and optimise:
•Welcome series
•Abandoned cart
•Browse abandonment
•Post-purchase sequence
•Replenishment flow
•VIP / repeat customer flows
•Improve recovery rates and conversion performance
•A/B testing subject lines, content, and offers
Campaign Management
•Weekly campaign planning
•Product launch emails
•Promotion emails
•Seasonal campaigns (e.g. Ramadan, Black Friday, Christmas)
•Segmentation strategy
Revenue Growth
•Increase email revenue contribution
•Improve open rates and CTR
•Improve customer lifetime value
•Reduce unsubscribe rates
List Growth
•Pop-up strategy
•Lead magnet ideas
•Optimising capture forms
Reporting
•Weekly reporting on:
•Revenue from email
•Flow performance
•List growth
•Engagement metrics

What We're Looking For
•Proven experience with Klaviyo (preferred) or similar platform
•Ecommerce/DTC brand experience
•Strong understanding of segmentation
•Ability to write high-converting copy
•Experience increasing email revenue contribution to 20%+ of total sales
•Strong English communication

Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
