We process approximately 1.2 million litres of milk daily; producing over 100t of award winning cheeses, such as BOB, Castello Tickler, alongside butter and whey powder Youll Spend Your Time Fault finding and troubleshooting across varied PLC controlled equipment - Fillers, Labelers, Packers, Conveyors systems, Chillers, Compressors and so on Driving PPM and servicing activities and other proactive maintenance strategies Projects; driving improvement projects and modifications Youll Will be working on This will be working on equipment including; Milk pasteurisation, homogenizers, separators process systems, cheese vats, blenders, slicers, packers, weighers, flow wrappers, shrink wrappers, trolley packers. Palletisers, de-palletisers, conveyor lines (chain, spiral), robots, vision systems, spectrum TX rejection system, Xray checkers, industrial dryers, chillers, compressors. Original equipment manufacturers (Siemens, Krones, Tetra Pak, SPX flow, ISOMA, Hueft, Nepas, Alpla & Grunwald) What youll need in order to be successful in the role Ideally will be Time Served/Apprentice trained or proven experience with fast paced manufacturing environment Experience in mechanical and electrical engineering within Manufacturing, Production and Process environments Ideally you will have experience with fast- moving machinery, pumps, valves, inverter drives, sensors, relays, PLCs (Siemens), Site Services (steam generation plant, chilled water systems, compressors, processes), CIP systems (chemical cleaning plant) Computer literate SAP, Microsoft Office, SCADA, Trend systems, HMIS Please apply using the link or reach out to Alex Tyrrell at Arla.
