We’re looking for a Registered Manager to take ownership of a children's home that aims not only to meet Ofsted standards — but to exceed them consistently, creating a warm, safe, and aspirational space for children and young people.

Your Purpose
As the Registered Manager, your leadership will be the foundation for a service that delivers Outstanding care, support, and outcomes.
You will be at the heart of creating a home that is:- Safe and nurturing- Therapeutic and trauma-informed- Child centred
You’ll be expected to:- Lead and develop a resilient, skilled staff team to deliver high-quality care and relational practice-
Ensure full regulatory compliance, including robust safeguarding, incident management, and documentation
Deliver evidence-based interventions, aligned with children’s care plans and positive behaviour support
Prepare for and confidently manage Ofsted inspections, audits, and multi-agency collaboration-
Create a culture of learning, reflection, and continuous improvement, using supervision, coaching and restorative feedback
Participate in management on call. What You’ll Need
Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy within a children's residential home
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of Ofsted’s Social Care Common Inspection Framework (SCCIF)- Understanding of trauma, attachment and child development
Proven ability to embed a positive safeguarding culture and proactively manage risk-
Excellent leadership, people management and regulatory reporting skills
