Our client is a growing company providing exterior cleaning, major works, roof cleaning, and window cleaning. With a busy pipeline of clients and projects, they are looking to recruit a proactive and organised Office Admin Assistant to support their office team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, with a mix of admin, communication, and organisational tasks. Role overview – You will play a key role in supporting the daily office operations, from taking all calls coming into the office, answering all emails, coordinating any requirements from the teams out working on various sites, and responding to clients. Keeping their workflow CRM updated (this is like the office bible) Key Responsibilities: * Check and respond to general enquiry emails, escalating when needed. * Answer incoming phone calls and take messages. * Add new clients and opportunities into the company system. * Keep spreadsheets updated with correct addresses, dates and costings. * Update the office whiteboard with jobs and schedules. * Upload job details and photos into system after scheduling. * Send completion reports to clients after jobs are finished. * Chase subcontractors for standard quotes and follow-ups. * Source potential clients online and add details to the company database. * Prepare, post brochures & send sales emails to potential clients Experience and Skills: * Highly organised with strong attention to detail. * Confident using spreadsheets, databases, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite. * A good communicator, both on the phone and via email. * Able to manage multiple tasks and keep to deadlines. * Proactive and reliable, with a “can-do” attitude. * A good upbeat personality, with a good sense of humour is a ‘must’ * Previous admin experience is desirable, but training will be given
