About The Role
We are recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our RAPID team. This role involves providing high‑quality, responsive support to adults and children with complex needs in our clients’ homes, community care calls and supported living.
You will be part of a fast‑paced service where flexibility, confidence, and strong decision‑making skills are essential.
Essential Experience
* Working with clients with challenging behaviours
* CPI training (Crisis Prevention Intervention)
* Moving and handling
* Supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism
* Experience with supported living clients
* Mental health support experience
* Minimum of 2 years Complex Care experience is preferred
About You
* Confident and calm when handling challenging situations
* Skilled in de‑escalation and behaviour management
* Minimum of 2 years in Complex Care is preferred
* Reliable, adaptable, and professional
* Able to work quickly within a rapid‑response rota
* Compassionate and committed to high standards of care
Requirements
* Must be a driver and have their own car (no walkers or non‑drivers)
* Must be able to travel across Telford and surrounding areas within a 100 mile radius
* Non‑smokers preferred
* Fluent in English
