We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Systems Accountant/Business Systems Analyst to join our Central Team based from either our Chorley or Carlisle office - There has never been a better time to join!
The Systems Accountant/Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for developing and encouraging the most efficient use of our systems (COINS, Syrinx and mobile applications), identify gaps and deliver change.
You will be a vital link between the business and IT to ensure the best possible IT solutions are delivered to the business.
Our ideal person will have
* Project Management skills; project and resource planning, defining project scope and deliverables.
* Stakeholder management; executing project tasks, producing progress reports, identifying and managing project risks and issues.
* Facilitated workshops to gather and document business requirements.
* Proven ability to develop business cases; including recommendations, risks and benefits and financial costs to support decision making.
* Experience in the full life cycle of an IT implementation project; installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training and implementing new applications and change management.
* Strong understanding and knowledge of Finance, HR & Procurement ERP systems.
* Experience in report writing advantageous.
As you’ll be liaising with department heads and budget holders, you need to be an excellent communicator and confident in dealing with people at all levels within the Company. Previous experience with an ERP solution would put you in a strong position to succeed.
