Our Newcastle Transport branch is seeking an experienced Shift Manager.
1. Hours: 40 hours per week
2. Salary: £32,000 - £35,000, depending on experience

Loomis UK is a cash handling company, supporting businesses across the UK with cash and coin collection and delivery services, ATM management, and cash processing.
The Role
As a Shift Manager, you will be part of a well-trained, supportive team, managing cash transportation in your local area.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, managing Delivery Drivers & Vault Operatives to ensure safe, cost-effective deliveries, collections, and storage activities, in line with customer service agreements.
You will promote our Customer First approach by understanding Loomis solutions and customer requirements.
The role requires flexible working hours, and as a key holder, you may be required to respond to alarms outside regular hours on a roster basis.
About You
To succeed, you should have previous experience as a Shift Manager or similar, with strong leadership skills.
You should be a confident communicator, with high integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team.
Excellent customer focus, performance review skills, and experience managing customer relationships are essential.
You must pass criminal record, credit, and ID checks, and have a verifiable 5-year employment, unemployment, or educational history.
An SIA licence is beneficial but not essential, as we can support you in obtaining one.
