1. Salary: Up to £41,000 Basic + Uncapped Time Saved Bonus

10. Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs on passenger vehicles to a high standard.
11. Use diagnostic tools effectively to identify and resolve issues.
12. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with manufacturer and dealership guidelines.
13. Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction by completing jobs efficiently and correctly the first time.
14. Collaborate with a team of skilled technicians and support staff to maintain a professional, efficient, and customer-focused workshop.
15. Stay up to date with manufacturer training and keep your technical knowledge current.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Vehicle Technician who:
16. Has previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, or similar in a dealership or independent garage environment.
17. Holds relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) in vehicle repair and maintenance.
18. Possesses strong diagnostic skills and an ability to carry out both minor and major mechanical repairs.
19. Is a team player with a positive attitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
20. Demonstrates a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
21. Holds a full UK driving license.
