Salary range: Leadership Group (L1-5, £51,733 – £57,137 FTE)
Hourglass Education are delighted to be working with an outstanding school based in Bradford, who are seeking to appoint a Alternative Learning Provision Manager to its staff. The successful candidate will lead the development, monitoring and continuous improvement of the Alternative Learning Provision for students with behaviour and SEMH needs.
Key Job requirements:
* A Degree + PGCE (or equivalent teaching qualification)
* SENCO Qualification (or willing to work towards a SENCO Qualification)
* Relevant & referenceable UK experience
* Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in tandem with teaching staff
* Ability to be empathetic and understanding to the needs of students
* Must be eligible to work in the UK as sponsorship is not available for this role

Key job purpose:
• To lead the development, monitoring and continuous improvement of the Alternative Learning Provision for students with behaviour and SEMH needs.
