We are seeking a pioneer to lead the brand‑new Performing Arts department at our school, transforming the creative heartbeat with state‑of‑the‑art facilities and a vision for excellence and inclusivity.
Responsibilities
* Design and deliver a curriculum from ground up for Music and Drama.
* Oversee both Music and Drama streams, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence and inclusivity.
* Grow the existing team, inspire students and expand the KS4 Performing Arts offer to become a premier choice for Key Stage 4 cohorts.
