Salary: £40,000 - £70,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

The Opportunity
CRA Consulting is delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Buxton as they look to appoint an experienced Wills & Probate Solicitor to join their growing Private Client team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a 5+ PQE Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a firm with a strong local reputation, loyal client base and a genuine focus on delivering high-quality, client-centred legal advice.

What you'll be doing
You will manage a varied and interesting Private Client caseload, including:
* Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning
* Probate and estate administration
* Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
* Trust creation and administration
* Inheritance Tax planning
* Providing clear, empathetic advice to clients and families
You will also have the opportunity to:
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Play a key role in the continued growth of the department
* Get involved in networking and business development activity
What they're looking for
* Qualified Solicitor or CILEX (ideally 5+ years PQE)
* Strong experience handling a full Private Client caseload
* Excellent client care and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
