Are you commercially minded with a passion for Marketing Mix Modelling? We’re looking for a dynamic and visionary leader to support the growth of our Media Effectiveness business across West Europe. This is a unique opportunity to develop a growing business with solutions that deliver deep insight and optimisation capabilities that fuel marketing effectiveness – enabling clients to strengthen the performance of their media investments.
Location: This role can be located in any major markets in WEU.
Your future responsibilities
* Drive Revenue Growth – Identify and activate opportunities to grow MMM and Media Experiments adoption, supporting sales teams with strategic input and expertise. Develop and execute targeted activation plans to engage local sales teams and clients, ensuring strong positioning during the RFP and renewal processes.
* Strengthen Client Relationships – Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients understand how our Media Effectiveness capabilities address their business challenges and deliver measurable impact. Prepare high-quality responses to RFIs and RFPs and other proposals, crafting pitches that differentiate NielsenIQ and meet client goals.
* Amplify Product Value – Champion our Media Effectiveness solutions across internal teams and with clients. Equip stakeholders to position and promote offerings and showcase impact through compelling success stories and thought leadership; stay informed on evolving product capabilities and market challenges.
* Enable Team Collaboration – Share knowledge and best practices across teams to foster alignment, build capability, and support success. Shape and energize team routines and training through bootcamps, workshops, and sessions that drive performance.
Your profile
* Extensive experience in consulting, analytics, or consumer research roles focused on Marketing Mix Modelling and Media Experiments
* Proven sales success in securing large MMM/Media Effectiveness programs, with experience leading high-value pitches, proposals, and RFP responses
* Deep knowledge of media evaluation and ability to apply insights to real-world client challenges
* Strong business development skills, identifying client needs and translating them into actionable solutions
* Demonstrated thought leadership with a clear point of view on media strategy; experience presenting at events or webinars is a plus
* Familiarity with sales processes and tools; hands-on proposal development experience is essential
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
