McCarthy Stone is looking for a professional Relief Care Assistant to join their team at their stunning estate, Oakfield Court in Urmston.
Oakfield Court was built by McCarthy & Stone and is designed specifically for assisted retirement living for the over 70s.
Base Salary: £11.58 per hour plus additional pay (see below)
Hours: Flexible

About the role:
As a Relief Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality individual care to residents, enabling them to live well in later life. Your duties will include housekeeping, domestic support, supporting residents in activities that promote health and wellbeing, helping with appointments, arranging transport, escorting visits, and assisting with shopping. Every day will be diverse, offering opportunities to make a real difference using your people skills.
About you:
You are a warm, friendly individual, ideally with some experience in care or support environments.
You are passionate about improving the wellbeing and happiness of older people and enjoy working as part of a team in a busy setting.
You are committed to delivering excellent customer service.
You aim to work in the Health and Social Care sector and preferably hold a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification, though relevant experience and alternative qualifications will be considered.
