Female Support Worker required for 11 hours per week in the Wirral - Waking Nights

As a Support Worker, you will work in a variety of settings including community-based services, independent hospitals or adult care homes, providing personalised support across a range of care needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Support people with learning, physical and mental health needs in delivering daily care tasks and activities.
* Assist with personal care, mobility, medication and health monitoring.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient observations and care activities.
* Collaborate with health and social care teams to share information and support the implementation of personalised care plans.
* Provide compassionate, patient‑centred support and encourage independence and well‑being.

* Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Patience, confidence and enthusiasm for caring for others.
* Ability to use your own initiative and problem‑solve creatively.
* Team‑player attitude and a willingness to work flexibly across a 24‑hour schedule.
* Flexibility to work varied shift patterns to deliver continuous support.

Shift Patterns
* Flexible shifts including Days, Waking Nights, Sleep-ins and Weekends.
Pay
£12.60 per hour for all worked hours. Full pay details will be provided in written offer upon successful application.
