Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We’re on the lookout for a Contract Manager to join our dynamic PFI Facilities Management team based across our Wiltshire Council Facilities Management sites.

Hours:
40 hours per week – Typically Monday to Friday, with some flexibility available. Just let us know your preferences when we chat!

Your Responsibilities:
As a Contract Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of essential services, including Fabric, Fire & Security, Drainage, and Project Works. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Managing the delivery and financial performance of contracts
* Leading a team of operatives, subcontractors, and administrators
* Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
* Ensuring services are delivered in line with KPI/SLA targets
* Conducting quality assurance and compliance inspections
What We’re Looking For:
This role is perfect for you if you:
* Have practical experience in a similar role, ideally within a PFI setting, focusing on Fabric, Fire & Security, or Drainage
* Possess strong leadership and people management skills
* Hold relevant industry qualifications, including a Managing IOSH Certificate
* Exhibit excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of building services, statutory regulations, and compliance
