About the Role We are seeking a Process Operator to join our UD Tapes - Industrailisation team. In this role, you will operate and maintain plant equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and uphold the highest standards of safety and housekeeping. Principal Accountabilities Operate the manufacturing process in line with quality, safety standards, and operating procedures. Perform routine plant maintenance to maintain efficiency and reliability. Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a safe and productive work environment. Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities within the scope of the role. Experience & Requirements Experience in a manufacturing or hazardous environment where safety is a priority (desirable). Ability to work in a busy team, delivering to plan and following strict processes and procedures (desirable). Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills within the remit of the role. Physically capable of performing strenuous tasks, including lifting, climbing stairs, and working in confined spaces. Willingness to work a 24/7 shift pattern.
