We are looking for a Product Growth Analyst to help us refine the \"Estilo Matrix\" and scale our competitive edge. This is a role for a high-signal, data-obsessed individual who wants to work at the intersection of Fintech, AI, and Venture Capital.
The Role
As our Product Growth Analyst, you will be the bridge between our forensic engine and the end-user (VCs, Family Offices, and Angel Investors). You will analyse how users interact with our \"80+ field extraction\" model and help us sharpen our \"Brain\".
Key Responsibilities
* Feedback Synthesis: Interview users and analyze data to improve our \"Communication Health Coaching\" and investor persona simulations.
* Gap Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research to validate the \"Estilo Matrix\"—matching founder claims against audited reality to ensure our gap analysis remains the gold standard.
* Product Optimization: Assist in A/B testing the UI for our Term Sheet Simulator and Encrypted HTML Dossier exports.
* Market Intelligence: Monitor the landscape to ensure Vantage remains distinct from standard \"PitchBook\" or \"Carta\" clones.
Who You Are
* The Analyst: You have 1-2 years of experience in product research, fintech, or venture capital. You don't just look at data; you look for the story behind it.
* The Strategist: You understand the \"Vantage\" value proposition—speed, forensic depth, and mathematical risk scoring.
* The Self-Starter: You thrive in an environment with zero hand-holding. You are comfortable with a \"performance-first\" culture.
* Tech Literacy: You are familiar with AI workflows and how LLMs can be harnessed for deterministic data extraction.
The Compensation Model (Performance & Equity)
EstiloFlow Vantage operates on a performance-based model. There is no base salary for this role. We are looking for \"Founding-Level\" juniors who want to bet on themselves and the platform.
* Revenue Share: You will receive a direct percentage of revenue tied to product usage metrics and successful client renewals.
* Equity: A meaningful equity grant with a 1-year cliff and a 5-year vesting schedule.
