We’re looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager to own marketing across multiple brands at Forsyth Barnes - a high-growth, international talent partner recognised by the Financial Times as one of Europe’s fastest-growing companies!
This is a high-impact role where you’ll drive inbound performance through digital and SEO, elevate how we show up in the market, and deliver marketing that directly supports revenue growth.

The role
You’ll own and deliver marketing across all Forsyth Barnes brands, ensuring everything we do is consistent, high-quality and commercially effective.
This role spans planning, execution and optimisation across digital, content and brand. You’ll build a marketing function that is structured, proactive and performance driven.
What you’ll do:
* Build and deliver marketing plans aligned to commercial goals
* Execute campaigns across multiple brands with consistency and quality
* Own website performance, SEO and inbound growth
* Use data to improve conversion and engagement
* Lead content across web, social and campaigns
* Support consultants in building their personal brand and market presence
* Deliver and optimise email campaigns and nurture journeys
About you
* Marketing Manager experience (or ready to step up)
* Strong across digital, campaigns and content
* Confident communicator and content writer
* Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
* Commercial mindset — understands how marketing drives revenue
* Experience with website performance and SEO basics
