To support our continued growth, we’re recruiting a Website Manager to take ownership of our core digital product and lead the next phase of our online evolution. Reporting into the Head of Digital, you’ll manage the performance, stability and optimisation of our website, ensuring it delivers an exceptional user experience and strong conversion outcomes. This is a hands‑on role at the heart of our digital strategy. Salary : Up to £50,000 per year The role You’ll lead the end‑to‑end management of our website — from roadmap planning and content governance to technical enhancements, analytics and release management. Working closely with Developers, SEO, PPC, Content, Social and wider commercial teams, you’ll help ensure families can quickly find the care and support they need online. Key responsibilities include: Owning a rolling 12‑month website roadmap Maintaining a fast, stable, accessible site that meets Core Web Vitals and performance targets Managing content governance, publishing workflows and on‑brand accuracy Overseeing triage, backlog management and release cycles Monitoring analytics, CRO performance and user behaviour to drive improvements Ensuring GDPR compliance and strong data governance across all forms and tracking Reporting on website KPIs and recommending optimisation opportunities Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to support digital campaigns Contributing to vendor, tooling and technology decisions Who you are You’re a proactive, detail‑driven website specialist with strong digital product instincts and a passion for UX, performance and conversion.
