This is a fantastic opportunity to join as the nursery is expanding and opportunities for progression will be available.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities Nursery practitioner</h3><ul><li>As the new Nursery practitioner, you will be required to help plan and deliver engaging learning activities, catering to the abilities of the students</li><li>Develop strong partnerships with parents and other organisations that impact on children s development.</li><li>Ensuring that all staff are supported in their role using supervision and coaching.</li><li>Ensuring that staff working with children are suitable and have all safeguarding checks completed.</li><li>Organising parent visits to the settings before a child is registered.</li><li>Create a safe, nurturing and positive environment</li><li>Maintain smooth daily routines, encouraging positive play, and building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.</li><li>Deliver outstanding learning opportunities and exceptional care</li><li>Observe, assess, and record children s progress in line with the EYFS framework</li><li>Updating policies and procedures in line with OFSTED and EYFS framework</li><li>Have a good understanding of special educational needs so that children can be supported effectively</li></ul><h3>Key Requirements Nursery practitioner</h3><ul><li>The successful Nursery practitioner will hold a Level 3 in Early Years (CACHE or Equivalent)</li><li>Minimum of 2 years working in an Early Years setting</li><li>A genuine passion for early years education and child development</li><li>Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills<br/>Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children</li><li>Using your own initiative and being proactive</li><li>Ability to lead a team effectively</li></ul><p>If you are a <b>Nursery practitioner</b> looking for your next opportunity, please contact the team at Unity Education on (phone number removed).</p></div>
