A Brighton-based SaaS company helping organisations worldwide simplify and strengthen their information security and compliance is now seeking a hands-on IT Manager to modernise and manage their internal IT estate. The Role As IT Manager, you’ll own and evolve the company’s internal Microsoft 365 environment, manage endpoint security, and support a growing team of 60 colleagues. You’ll bring structure, automation, and professional rigour to IT operations while enabling the wider business through technology. Key responsibilities: * Manage and optimise Microsoft 365 (Entra ID / Azure AD, Intune, Defender, Conditional Access) * Lead end-user device management across Windows, macOS, and occasional Linux * Maintain internal IT security, backups, and identity governance * Oversee corporate cloud tools, VPN, and security configurations * Maintain three WordPress-based corporate websites * Drive automation and process improvement across IT operations * Shape and implement policies for the responsible use of AI tools and automation About You You’re structured, organised, and thrive in an environment where attention to detail and documentation matter.
