Reed Education are working with a reputable secondary school in Wellingborough who are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join them on a permanent basis. The school can offer an earlier start for the right candidate.
The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4
* Work closely with class teachers to deliver inclusive, engaging lessons
* Provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support
* Assist with classroom management and daily routines
* Contribute positively to the wider school community
Requirements
Experience is essential for this role. The school are looking for someone who has:
* Previous experience supporting secondary-aged pupils in a school setting
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A positive, professional and proactive approach
* Qualifications in education or childcare are preferred, but not essential
