Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality administrative support across the team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
* Carry out a range of data entry tasks, maintaining databases and documents to a high standard of accuracy.
* Use Microsoft Office applications confidently, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Produce clear and structured minutes for meetings, capturing key actions and decisions.
* Support the management, organisation, and filing of HR documentation and Health & Safety records.
* Maintain excellent attention to detail when handling confidential or technical documents.
* Assist with general administrative duties, including scheduling, correspondence, and preparing reports.
