Job Title: Managing Director — Interior Building Products

As we continue to evolve, we are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Managing Director to lead our team into the next phase of success.
Role Purpose:
The Managing Director will have full P&L responsibility for the business and will lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team across sales, operations, and manufacturing.
This role demands a proven leader with a strong commercial track record, a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, and a relentless focus on delivering outstanding customer service and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide clear strategic leadership and direction to deliver business growth and profitability targets.
* Drive a strong sales culture, ensuring the development and execution of robust sales strategies to expand market share.
* Oversee manufacturing operations to maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the business.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with the team, key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
* Champion excellent customer service at every level of the business.
* Lead, motivate, and develop a talented leadership team to achieve their full potential.
* Prepare and deliver regular performance updates and reports to the Group Board.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and quality standards.
Candidate Profile:
* Proven track record as a Managing Director, General Manager, or similar senior leadership role in the building products sector — ideally interior products
* Strong commercial acumen with extensive experience leading and developing successful sales strategies.
* Solid background in manufacturing, with an understanding of lean principles and operational excellence.
* Exceptional leadership and team development skills — able to motivate and inspire people at all levels.
* Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering first-class service.
* Driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
