Job Description
Could you play a key role in helping us offer family-feel living and learning to our residents?
This role reports to a House Manager and is ideal for people who are kind, practical, and reliable. Our houses are noisy, friendly, and sociable spaces where residents, staff, and volunteers eat and socialise together. You’ll become a friendly, familiar face to the people you work with, leading by example and helping them to complete practical day-to-day tasks.
You will be patient and consistent in your approach. We offer full training, and personality is more important than experience. This job is perfect for someone who wants to work in an environment where every day brings a different challenge.
40 hours per week, various shifts
