Description
* Lead a diverse client portfolio of roughly £350k, including SMEs and high-net-worth individuals
* Deliver high-quality business advisory and accountancy services
* Oversee audits (only 7 audits), statutory accounts, tax planning, and compliance
* Drive business development and client relationship growth
* Mentor and manage junior staff, contributing to team development
* Collaborate with existing Partners on strategic initiatives and firm growth
* Represent the firm externally and support new business pitches
Profile
A successful Partner Designate should have:
* A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
* Extensive experience in accounting and finance within the professional services industry.
