Flame Health’s Audiology Division is recruiting for an Audiology Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded healthcare provider based in Chippenham.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a large and busy clinical operation within a modern hearing care environment, managing both the day‑to‑day running of the centre and supporting the continued delivery of exceptional patient care.
The role would suit an experienced healthcare manager with strong operational and people management skills. Previous management experience within audiology, optics, dental, veterinary or a similar clinical healthcare setting would be highly advantageous. The business is open to candidates from different healthcare backgrounds who understand how to lead clinical teams, manage patient journeys and maintain high service standards within a regulated environment.
The successful candidate will oversee a Hearing Centre, supporting clinic performance, team development, patient experience and operational efficiency. You will work closely with clinical and support teams to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations while maintaining a strong focus on customer care, compliance and commercial performance.
