* Experience testing patients’ eyes and eyesight and providing specialist recommendations on appropriate eye‑care or eyewear solutions
* Excellent communication and rapport‑building skills, able to translate professional terminology into understandable language for patients
* Cooperative teamwork with colleagues across the store team
* Aptitude to work under pressure and handle challenging situations in a fast‑paced retail environment
