This is working for a well-established busy engineering company in a clean and relaxed environment. What you will be doing Set/operate machines to produce fasteners to strict tolerances Support in slitting and shotblasting Train on all machines Self-certification of personal work Keep computer files/paperwork accurate/up to date Actively take part in continuous improvement teams Housekeeping - to the highest standards To be considered Experience on hot press, slitter and shot blasting (required) Hot forging experience (preferred) Power press training (preferred) What do you get out of this?
