This is a great opportunity for a qualified electrician to make the move into teaching and training, no formal teaching experience needed, just solid trade experience, confidence and a genuine passion to support the next generation. What’s the role?You’ll be delivering a mix of practical and classroom-based learning to electrical apprentices, working towards Level 2 and 3 qualifications (City & Guilds and EAL). You’ll help them build core skills and knowledge in line with industry standards, supporting them throughout their apprenticeship journey. You’ll get support and guidance as you adjust into a trainer role and if you don’t yet have a teaching qualification, you’ll be supported to work towards one.
