Are you a proactive people person, passionate about retail and providing excellent customer service? If so, this role might be perfect for you. If you've ever considered a career in optics, our Customer Service Apprentice position offers a great opportunity.
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals eager to deliver exceptional customer service and interested in pursuing a career in retail or management. This 13-month apprenticeship allows you to develop skills and confidence through paid full-time training, supported by a friendly, experienced team.

Main responsibilities
* Answering calls and booking appointments
* Diary management
* Effective communication with customers and clinicians
