As part of Ant Group, our mission as a FinTech is ‘to make it easy to do business anywhere’.We are seeking an experienced Global CRM Manager to join our dynamic marketing team at WorldFirst. This role plays a key part in advancing customer engagement, acquisition, and retention through the strategic use of marketing automation and data-driven communication globally.What you will be doing:
1. Design, and manage CRM campaigns (covering email, SMS, and push notification) in line with the overall marketing calendar and business goals.
2. Create and develop strategies to optimise marketing automation, aiming to improve customer engagement and increase conversion rates.
3. Lead and manage the internal team and agency based on OKR and performance to progress towards the objective.
4. Optimise CRM performance through A/B testing, data analysis, and continuous process improvements to enhance open rates, click-through rates, client conversions and overall campaign performance.
5. Identify and create solutions to enhance marketing automation capabilities and integrate them with other systems.
6. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment of CRM assets and campaigns with overall goals.
What we are looking for:
7. Minimum 4-year experience in marketing and minimum 3-year experience in CRM/marketing automation roles.
8. Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required.
9. Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or HubSpot or other marketing automation platform is a must.
10. Experience of To-C industry or working in brand owner companies is a plus.
11. Proven experience in driving success business results through CRM campaigns.
12. Good leadership skills managing agency or internal team.
