The Role: What You’ll Be Doing As a Teaching Assistant in our Resource Base, you won’t just be "supporting"—you will be an integral part of a child’s educational journey. Bridge the Gap: Support children as they move between the specialist base and mainstream classes, ensuring they feel confident and included.
